Using Genoa as an example, this event demonstrates how impressive teambuilding experiences can be created for up to 700 participants. The diverse tasks and creative interactions with the city are tailored to the client’s needs, fostering team spirit, individual responsibility, and shared goal orientation.

Event Flow and Program

The client’s group is divided into 65–70 teams of 10 participants each. Starting from the Porto Antico in Genoa, the teams dive into the adventure. Each team receives a personalized event kit with game materials and creative tools, including a briefing with specific tasks and a set for exploring Genoa’s old town. The goal is for each team to create a “Personal Guidebook”—an interactive travel guide developed throughout the event. Tasks include finding marked locations on a map and creatively solving on-site challenges, such as engaging with locals or staging spontaneous performances.

Organization and Equipment

The event is planned in close collaboration with the client, including a detailed preparation phase and on-site inspection in Genoa to define optimal stations and routes. A team of professional, English-speaking guides and trainers supports the event and assists teams at seven specific stations spread throughout the old town. Each team is equipped with a unique creative set that includes instant cameras, crafting materials, and a map of the city center.
